Pain in the neck?
This class will help you find more ease through your neck, shoulders and chest. Through carefully designed slow and gentle guided movement sequences you can learn to free up chronically tightened muscles, re-pattern your movements and rediscover efficient, pain-free and integrated action.
Feldenkrais lessons are a pleasurable way of deepening your capacity to sense accurately, to identify and reduce excessive effort, to discover healthy safe ways of moving while expanding and refining your movement repertoire. They are also a very helpful complement to meditation practice, using mindfulness of body and sensation as a gateway to a more fully embodied presence.
The class is suitable for any level of experience and ability, including visually impaired.
