This class will help you improve the quality of your breathing, using gentle movements connected with awareness. Breathing, in any well-integrated person, is simple, natural and easy. Ideally it automatically adapts to every situation or activity, yet we often experience tensions and habits which interfere with this potential for ease in our breath.
By releasing restrictions in the breathing mechanism we can encourage relaxation through the shoulders, chest and ribs, reduce anxiety and discover more calm and balance. There is a profound connection between our breath and our mental/emotional/energetic state, so by learning to free up the breathing we can free ourselves up on many levels.
Cost; £8 booked and paid before August 7th, £10 after then if spaces are available.
