The ability to roll over is one we develop early in life and it lays the foundation for efficient, effortless, balanced upright posture. However, over the years we often lose this skill, and unconsciously hold excessive tension through the back, chest and ribs, depriving ourselves of ease and support, and limiting the capacity for free breathing.
This fun lesson will help you find a sense of length, spaciousness and playfulness!
