Moving Naturally with the Feldenkrais Method
In this month's lesson we'll play with developing an easy fluid transition from lying prone on the floor to sitting, and then coming back down again in a circular pattern! You'll discover how to skillfully co-ordinate your head and eyes, arms and shoulders, pelvis and legs to create a powerful spiralling action through your whole spine. It's a fun challenge which you can work with to your own level of ability. You will need to be able to comfortably lie on your front to do this lesson.
